Onoskelis stared at the archangel at her doorsteps, a frown marring her features. "Raziel, what are you doing here?" She asked before bright green eyes looked down at the bundle in his arms. "And what is that?"

The curly haired, freckled man just gave her a smile. "How about you let an old friend inside and I'll tell you all about it?"

For a heart stopping moment (not like Raziel needed a heart, being an ethereal being and all), he thought the demoness wouldn't let him in but she sighs and opens her apartment door wider.

"Much different than the caves of old, isnt it?" Raziel says with a laugh.

Onoskelis clicks her tongue before directing him into the main room before she busies herself in the kitchen. Onoskelis isn't a weak demon - she could just magick a pot of tea and cookies into existence, but the act of doing it by hand calms her down, keeps her anxiety from rising. She's been good, tempting rarely and often people already destined to Fall anyways, so why would Raziel even come? Despite being "old friends" the two hadn't talked in almost a thousand years, not since the Apocalypse That Wasn't and the whole mess Crowly and his angel brought up. Onoskelis just... wanted to just live her life, tempt the occasional man, and watch humans do her job better than she ever could. Whatever Raziel had in mind, she knew it was going to be a huge mess.

Minutes later, she comes back using magic to balance the over laden tray and sees that Raziel has made himself at home, shoes off and holding the bundle carefully. "What name are you going by now?"

"Inko works well enough," she says, putting the tray down. "When was the last time you were here on Earth?" she asks, adding honey to her own tea and taking a gentle sip.

"Not since the start of the whole quirk hullabaloo. Humans with magic powers, like back in the old day." He reaches for his own tea only for the bundle in his arms starts to squirm.

Inko's eyes stray towards the bundle even as Raziel starts to coo, unswadling his package to reveal a baby. What. What the /fuck/

"Raziel, why did you bring a baby to my home?"

"Er, well... you see I might have kidnapped the AntiChrist?"

The cup Inko had in her hands slipped and fell to the floor.

Raziel's sheepish smile didn't make her feel better. "Okay, kidnapping might be a bit harsh but after the mistakes made with Aziraphael and his demonic counterpart, I might have done some convincing to be in charge of the new one's upbringing."

"...How did you convince Lucifer to let

"...Lots of lies and half truths and nagging mostly?"

Inko wonders, once again, how in all of heaven and hell did Raziel not Fall for his damnable curiosity. "And I'm just expected to help you raise the Antichrist?"

"Well yes, but both Heaven and Hell think that we are putting him in a more suitable home ...and not raising him ourselves."

Inkonhad plenty of reasons for why that was a poor idea - from the fact that she's a demon who often takes people into her home to drain them of their energy to the point that she happens to be a modern day hermit (not a NEET like her neighbors suggest. She contributes to society in her own infernal way, mostly by starting flame wars and taking out people upstanding citizens would hate to be near). But then she actually looks at the baby. Already he's starting to become a blend of both her and Raziel's mortal features and... well. He's cute. Inko makes an irritated noise.

"Fine you nosy angel, I'll help you in your stupid plan, but you're going to do AP the paper work. Guess we should get married on paper too." Inko snaps her fingers and she has a sheaf of papers in her hands.

"Is bureaucracy one of ours or one of yours?"

Inko snorts, "it's utterly mortal and human, we both just made it first. Now what should I name you then because Raziel and enochian would raise eyebrows."

"You have free reign with it, I don't care."

And that's how Hisashi and Inko Midoriya get married and have a son named Izuku.

/.../

Time passes and the Antichrist - Izuku - grows. Somehow - and Inko blames society for this - he becomes enamoured with heroics and it's fairly easy to see that while there are things izuku would want to change about earth, he wouldn't want to damn it all to Hell or ascend it either. Heaven didn't have heroes it bad martyrs.

That was one of the things she and Hisashi agreed on though - that Izuku's abilities to warp and change the world be tampered so that no one could track them that easily. Especially the government. While they could pass off Izuku's power as a quirk, it would cause... undue problems if she wanted to be honest. Better to nip it in the bud, let him get used to everything bit by bit as he gets older.

That brings up it's own set of problems though. "Mama, when am I going to get my quirk?"

Inko pauses in her cutting of their dinner that night to look down at her son. Izuku was just a few weeks off of 4 years old and many of the students in his preschool were already exhibiting their quirk especially the Bakugou's son with his explosions. Maybe they could consider

"Should be any day now, my Izuku. Maybe by your birthday next month?"

Izuku's excitement was infectious (that was definitely his power leaking out) and he began to babble about possible quirks he could get. His mother listens on and plans on what will need to be done.

Later that night, when Izuku is asleep, Inko calls Hisashi. There's no number, just his real name in enochian, able to connect to his own phone regardless of if he's on heaven or earth. It rings once and Hisashi picks up. "What's up Inko darling?"

"So what would be the best way to limit Izuku's powers but still have something manifest like a quirk does?"

"What's wrong with keeping his powers chained up? 20% of the world lives without quirks, Izuku can too"

Inko frowns to herself.

That wasn't the response she was expecting. "Our son wants to be one of these spandex wearing idiots, gallivanting around and saving people. Do you /really/ think he will be satisfied being the only child in his class without power? Especially when he finds out he could have?"

Hisashi hums into the receiver and Inko wonders what he's doing right now, what the Angel of Secrets and Mysteries is busying himself with. Inko can't change the wards Hisashi has put on their son, not without breaking them and possibly hurting him in the process.

"For now, I think, we should leave him as he is."

They talk a bit longer and the call ends with Inko feeling disappointed. Looks like it's going to be plan H.

/.../

A few days after their conversation, Inko brings her son to the Bakugou household for a playdate. Inko eyes the cross on the wall near the door but other than the uncomfortable tingle against her skin, doesn't react. "Thank you for being willing to watch him, Bakugou-san."

Mitsuki snorts, waving the slightest woman off. "Your kid is always welcome here, he's so much better and well behaved than my gremlin!" Her voice was pitched and thrown back into the house and Inko could hear Katsuki grumble something back. "And I've told you, call me Mitsuki or even Michan!"

Inko chuckles back, "of course Mitsuki-San. Thanks again, I should be back in a few hours!" The demon places a kiss on her son's forehead before giving him a soft push into the house.
