AU where Izuku is quirkless and went somewhere that isnt UA and is a first responder who helps train heroes in emergency first aid.
He also happens to be Katsuki's boyfriend but no one knows so when Izuku does the refresher course at his agency (which the whole bakusquad works at because of course they do. Maybe all of 1A even), he is suffering because here's his perfect af boy toy in a uniform and he can't tap that because they gotta talk about CPR. Eventually when everyone is going Katsuki demands practice putting people in recovery positions just so he can fuck his Deku under the guise of hands on practice.
Someone probably walks in on them because of course they do.
