any omegaverse I write has intersex omegas AND intersex alphas (meaning both have ♂️and ♀️ genetilia but how developed they are is generally based on their secondary gender). Betas on the other hand, only have one set.
A not insignificant number of alphas (both ♂️ and ♀️) have non viable wombs for one reason or another; many ♂️alpha may not be equipped to carry one to term even if their womb was not barren.
The vast majority of omegas do not produce sperm and thus cannot sire a child.
